Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information.

Shipping Rates

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your order and delivery location. Any free-shipping promotions will be clearly noted on our website or at checkout.

Delivery Times

After your order has been processed, most orders arrive within 3–7 business days, depending on the destination and shipping carrier.

Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Where We Ship

WitzEnd Beverages currently ships within the United States. We do not currently offer international shipping.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

We carefully pack every WitzEnd order, but occasionally cans or packages can be damaged in transit.

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number and photos of the damaged product and shipping packaging so we can help resolve the issue.

Depending on the circumstances, we may provide a replacement or refund for the affected items.

Lost or Missing Packages

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please check around your delivery location and with household members or neighbors first.

If you still cannot locate your package, contact us and we’ll help determine the appropriate next steps with the shipping carrier.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been shipped, we may not be able to change or redirect the delivery address.

Additional shipping charges may apply if an order must be reshipped due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.
